About Jennifer Cox


Jennifer Cox is a full time licensed real estate agent, who enjoys guiding her customers through the home buying process. If this is their first home, or they haven’t purchased in awhile, she will fully explain the offer to purchase, the process involved in obtaining a home inspection, the importance of partnering with a good, and reputable lender, and the closing process. The more experienced buyer will truly appreciate her more than 12 years of award winning service and area expertise.  Licensed in 1996, Jennifer earned the “Rookie of the Year” Award for Number of Homes Sold.  She is experienced in new construction, successfully representing a variety of builders and developers. Staying involved with the local real estate market, Jennifer was a featured contributor in a WKRC Money Alert segment, on the benefits of staging your home for market, and she is a past contributor to The Cincinnati Enquirer, in the real estate section.

Jennifer quickly obtained her GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute, within her two years of obtaining her license. To obtain the GRI, the realtor must complete 3, 30 hour courses and test to satisfaction. The courses offer in depth study on a variety of subjects: financing, ethics, real estate law, commercial and industrial brokerage, property management, real estate investment, appraisals, taxation and brokerage management.

As a Prudential Certified Destination Service Specialist, and a Prudential Certified Marketing Assistance Specialist, combined with completing a 9 hour course focused solely on the relocation process, Jennifer has truly mastered helping with the real estate needs of the buyer moving to Cincinnati. She has focused skills on Outgoing Referrals, Corporate Marketing, Incoming Buyers, and Advanced Marketing.  She can skillfully assist the local home seller, so that they can move forward to their new home, confident in the knowledge that their home in Cincinnati is receiving top notch marketing.

Jennifer has received outstanding sales awards from The Southern Ohio Association of Realtors, and The Ohio Association of Realtors, President’s Club, and more importantly, continued referrals from friends, past clients, and business associates.

While with her previous broker, Jennifer was consistently in the top 3 – 5 %, and frequently earned a position on the TOP 100 List, published monthly. She earned the title of Senior Sales Vice President.  Jennifer was a consistent Listing and Sales Leader for the Eastgate office, earning the titles monthly and quarterly.
Also awarded: Yearly Listing and Sales Leader, Eastgate office 1999 – 2002, and Listing Leader, Eastgate office 2003, 2004.

Her extensive new construction experience includes successfully representing builders, and working with developers.  Having sold over 100 new homes as both a buyer’s agent, and representing the builders, Jennifer’s first hand knowledge of the process allows the customer to feel well represented and respected in the transaction, and the builder is comfortable in the knowledge that his new home product is well promoted and the details are under control.
