Waters Edge

Waters Edge

When you hear street names like South Haven, South Shore Drive, Clearwater Court, Harbor View Court and West Bay, don’t you immediately feel transported to sunny Florida? I do!  I doubt the Mason, Ohio weather will always cooperate so that it FEELS like Tampa or Orlando. Oh well.  Maybe the residents of Waters Edge do a better job of “feeling the vibe” than the rest of us.  With beautiful homes within walking distance of such a beautiful body of water, who wouldn’t at least try?!

Lakeside in Mason

The Lakeside community is located off Mason-Montgomery road, just north of Tylersville. Street names like Little Lake Drive, Mere Drive and Tarn Circle evoke visions of crystal clear lakes, and expansive bodies of water. Admittedly, Lakeside is not located at the bottom of a mountain, and no tarn has been created, however, it is soothing to consider!

Interest Rates Dropped!

Interest Rates Dropped!

Did you hear that whistling sound? That’s the sound of interest rates dropping again as the market responds to the Federal Reserve’s move to buy Treasury bonds and mortgage securities. Treasury securities prices go up, that drives down the yield, or interest rate. You and I benefit.  Confidence infused lender’s respond with making the money they will lend to you and me less expensive. Let’s hope this will put a “kick” in home sales and get this market rocking again!

Just head to the park! Heritage Oak Park.  Heritage Oak Park is Mason’s largest park, with 80 acres of tree-lined, natural beauty.
